BUTTER PECAN PIE SQUARES 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine 1 1/4 cups flour and 1/3 cup sugar in medium bowl; cut in 1/2 cup butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Press mixture evenly into a greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine next 7 ingredients and beat well. Stir in pecans. Pour filling over prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until firm. Let cool on rack. Cut into squares.
