HAWAIIAN BEANS 
1 lg. can B & M beans (be sure to use B & M)
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. molasses
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can crushed pineapple and juice
1 tsp. mustard
Onions and garlic powder to taste

Brown hamburger with chopped green pepper. Mix everything together and simmer for at least three hours. You can also put this in a crock pot so you don't have to worry about stirring and burning. This is also better the next day.
