HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen potatoes, thawed
1 stick melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated sharp cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Add topping.

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
