SEA FOAM FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
5 tbsp. water
1 tsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine egg whites, brown sugar, water and corn syrup in top of double boiler and mix thoroughly. Place over rapidly boiling water and beat constantly with a mixer until mixture holds up in peaks (approximately 7 minutes). Remove from heat and add vanilla and beat until cool and thick enough to spread. Makes enough frosting for a large two layer 9 inch cake.
