SEA FOAM FROSTING 
2 unbeaten egg whites
Dash of salt
1 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. water
1 c. chopped nuts

1. Combine egg whites, salt, brown sugar and water, beating until thoroughly mixed.

2. Place over rapidly boiling water; beat constantly and cook 7 minutes or until frosting will stand in peaks.

3. Remove from boiling water, add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread on cake.

4. Put chopped nuts on sides of cake and on top.
