TUNA OVER RICE 
1 can drained tuna (water-packed)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

OPTIONAL:

1 can drained peas
Chopped eggs (hard-boiled)

Also will need:

Cooked rice

Make a medium white sauce (melt the butter in a heavy saucepan. Add the salt and lour. Mix well, then add the milk and stir slowly until thick.)

Over medium heat, add the condensed mushroom soup. Mix well. Add the tuna and any extra ingredients desired. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
