TUNA 'N RICE CASSEROLE 
2/3 c. Minute rice
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 can condensed mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 can diced cooked tuna
1 tbsp. diced pimentos
Dash of pepper

Add rice and salt to boiling water in saucepan. Mix to moisten rice. Combine soup and mix in saucepan. Heat, stirring occasionally. Add tuna, pepper, and pimentos. Mix and heat thoroughly. Mix rice and creamed tuna. Spoon into 1-quart casserole. Top with potato chip crumbs. Broil to brown. Serve hot.
