RICE AND TUNA CASSEROLE | |
2 c. boiled rice (UNCLE BEN'S® or any instant rice) 1/2 c. milk 7 oz. can chunk light tuna (drained & flaked) 11 oz. can Cheddar cheese soup Blend soup and milk; heat. In greased casserole dish put 1 cup rice, 1/2 of the tuna, 1/2 cup of soup mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Repeat. Top with crushed saltine crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
