TUNA RICE SUPREME 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) green peas
2 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 can (10 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 can (7 oz.) tuna, drained
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice

Combine frozen peas, water, and bouillon cube in skillet, bring to a boil. Stir in condensed soup until smooth. Then, stir in tuna and rice; bring again to a boil. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

Add all or some of the following, if desired:

Water chestnuts, sliced
Bamboo shoos
Chinese vegetables, drained
Broccoli flowerets
Sliced mushrooms
