BARBECUE FOR 100 
10 lbs. hamburger
2 1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
21 oz. ketchup
2 (36 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 tbsp. pepper
1/4 c. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Brown hamburger, onion and celery; drain. Add the rest of ingredients.
