1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. chocolate candy kiss

Cream butter and peanut butter. Add sugars, egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Shape dough into balls using rounded teaspoonful for each.

Roll balls in granulated sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and place a solid milk chocolate candy kiss on each cookie. Press down firmly so that cookie cracks. Return cookies to oven and bake 2-5 minutes longer until golden brown.
