TOMATO BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 sm. pkg. noodles
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
Grated mozzarella cheese

Fry meat until brown. Add celery, onions and green pepper. Cook well. Mix in soup, tomato sauce, spices and cooked noodles. Place in 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8. This recipe may be frozen before baking.
