BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add soup, milk and cheese. Mix thoroughly over low heat. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees. Use 9 x 9 inch size baking dish or 2 or 3 quart round dish.
