BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter, melted
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. uncooked minute rice
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Combine above together and pour into 3 quart casserole dish or 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
