BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. water
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. jar processed cheese spread
Sliced almonds

Saute celery and onion in melted butter in a saucepan. (Do not brown.) Combine soup, water and cheese spread. Add to saucepan. Heat until cheese melts. Add broccoli.

Cook rice according to directions on package. Combine hot cheese mixture with the cooked rice. Turn into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot. Yield: 6 servings.
