2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 sm. pkg. Uncle Bens (brown wild rice) box
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin (optional)
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz

Cook broccoli and drain. Cook rice according to directions on box. Mix broccoli, rice, chestnuts & Cheese Whiz. Pour into casserole and bake at 325 degrees until bubbly.
