1 (6 oz.) box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice with seasoning, cooked
1 (10 oz.) pkg. whole broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
