PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Beat together and put in ungreased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle 1 package (dry) yellow cake mix over mixture. Pour 1 cup (2 sticks) melted butter over cake mix and sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. No longer. Top with Cool Whip.
