LYN'S PUMPKIN PIE CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 egg 1 stick butter Melt butter; pour over cake mix. Add egg and mix. Save out 1 cup for topping. Pat on bottom of 9x13 cake pan. FILLING: 1 lg. can pumpkin 2/3 c. canned milk 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. white sugar 1/2 tsp. salt Mix all filling ingredients and pour in cake pan. TOPPING: 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. nuts Mix topping ingredients and add 1 cup of reserved crumbs. Put on top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. |
