PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
16 oz. can pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
3 lg. eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box of white cake mix
Chopped nuts
3/4 c. butter, melted
Whipped cream

Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a 9 x 12 inch lightly greased pan. Sprinkle 3/4 box of white cake mix over the above. Drizzle the melted butter over entire top. Sprinkle chopped nuts over all. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream.
