RICE & VEGE'S 
1 c. uncooked rice
2 1/2 c. water
1 med. onion
2 c. frozen peas
1 carrot
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp. salt free herb seasoning (parsley)
Salt & pepper to taste

Slightly defrost peas, chop onion, shred carrot. Place all in double boiler. Boil until rice is done.
