EASY LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar Prego sauce
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. cottage cheese
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles

Brown beef, drain, mix with sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes.

Combine rest of ingredients for filling. Pour about 1 cup sauce in bottom of glass pan. Layer 3 pieces of uncooked noodles over sauce. Cover with 1 1/2 cups sauce, 1/2 of cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layers of lasagne, sauce and cheese. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees in glass pan for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more. Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Lasagne will expand to fill empty spaces.
