VEGETABLE DIP 
1 container whipped cream cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. finely diced green pepper
2 tbsp. finely diced pimento
2 tbsp. thin sliced green onion
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Assorted vegetables of your choice

Day before serving, place cream cheese and Cheddar cheese in small bowl of mixer. Beat at high speed until well blended. Add green pepper, pimento, scallions, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix well. Spoon into serving bowl; refrigerate, covered, overnight. Wash and peel vegetables. Place in separate plastic bags, closed but not air-tight; refrigerate overnight. About two hours before serving, bring cheese mixture to room temperature. When ready to serve, place vegetables on serving place with cheese mixture in center.
