1 lg. container sour cream
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained, not cooked
1 pkg. Knorr's leek soup mix
2 tsp. green onion, cut fine
Salt and pepper

Drain spinach well and add to other ingredients and mix well. Serve with all fresh vegetables. Green onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms, Chinese pea pods and green peppers.
