SPINACH DIP FOR VEGETABLES 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1 1/4 to 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and chill at least 6 hours. Thaw spinach and squeeze out all liquid before mixing the dip.
