SPANGLER SPINACH DIP AND
VEGETABLES
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. celery salt or celery seed
1/2 c. minced onions
1/2 c. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

FRESH VEGETABLES: Carrot sticks, zucchini, cucumber, broccoli, celery, cauliflower.

Thaw spinach and remove excess water. Mix with remaining ingredients, except vegetables, and blend well. Chill before serving.
