SPINACH DIP 
1 round loaf San Francisco sour dough bread
2 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 sm. pkgs. frozen spinach (water squeezed out)
3 green onions, diced
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
Cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and seasonings together. Stir in green onions, spinach and vegetable soup mix. Store overnight in refrigerator.

At serving time, hollow out bread. Cut removed bread into large cubes. Put spinach mixture into hollow bread shell and place cubes of bread around for dippers.
