SPINACH DIP 
Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 pkg. spinach, thawed, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
Lg. round unsliced loaf of bread (your choice)

Squeeze spinach to remove excess water. Mix all ingredients together and stir until thoroughly mixed. Refrigerate about 2 hours before serving. Hollow the center of the bread loaf, fill with the dip (store extra dip until needed to refill.) Use chunk that was cut to dice into dip slices to use to dip.
