BREAD DIP 
1 loaf pumpernickel bread, unsliced
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 sm. jar pimento
3 tbsp. chopped (minced) onion
Pepper to taste
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix

Mix well. Refrigerate a few hours before serving.

To serve hollow out loaf of bread and fill with dip. Bread slices from hollowed out loaf may be used to spread dip on.
