SPINACH DIP 
1 round or long loaf bread (I used sour dough)
2 pkg. frozen leaf spinach
1/2 pkg. leek soup mix
1 tbsp. dry parsley
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. plain yogurt
1 bunch green onions
Fresh minced garlic (I used 4 cloves)
Dash of black pepper
Salt to taste

Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Scoop out the bread and save the bread pieces to dip with; set aside. Mix ingredients one at a time in a food processor and put into your loaf of bread. Wrap with foil and put into refrigerator. This taste the best made the day before.
