SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. chopped spinach
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 sm. green onions, finely chopped
2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic flakes

Thaw frozen spinach. Rinse, drain and squeeze out excess liquid. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. Chill for 3 hours. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers. Can be served in a bread bowl.
