1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water chestnuts, slivered
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 pkg. Knorr's dry vegetable soup mix

Thaw and drain spinach (do not cook). Mix all ingredients together.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

To lower calories, fat, cholesterol modify this party or snack time favorite by using light mayonnaise and sour cream. The soup mix gives this dip its distinctive flavor, however, it adds sodium. Serve with fresh vegetables or cubed whole grain bread.
