SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BALLS | |
1 lb. sausage 1 lb. grated cheese 2 c. biscuit mix Let sausage and cheese come up to room temperature. Mix all ingredients. Knead well. Shape into walnut size balls. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. Drain on a paper towel. These freeze well. Reheat 15 to 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Makes 5 dozen. |
