GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1 box graham crackers, crushed fine
1 1/2 c. (3 sticks) butter, melted
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
5 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. milk

Mix ingredients together and bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Make three layers.

Filling:

2 cups of sugar
1 stick of butter
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut
1 c. milk

Combine ingredients and heat very slowly in a saucepan. Make small holes in the cake layers and pour filling over them one layer at the time. Refrigerate after cooled.
