CHICKEN QUICHE 
3 lg. eggs
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. cream
1 (9 inch) flaky pie crust, lightly baked
2 tbsp. butter
6 to 8 stalks of sliced broccoli, chopped
1 c. chicken meat, cooked & chopped or 2 (5 oz.) cans chunk white chicken, cubed

Beat eggs lightly, add cream and continue beating. Arrange cooked, sliced broccoli on the lightly baked crust; top with cheese and chicken. Pour over egg and cream mixture; dot with butter. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife is clean when inserted and withdrawn. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
