DOUBLE CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker super moist chocolate fudge cake mix
2 1/3 c. water
3 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. miniature chocolate chips
1 c. powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 cup bundt cake or tube pan, 10 x 4 inches. Beat cake mix (dry), water, eggs, and sour cream in large mixer bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, until moistened. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently, 2 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into pan. Bake until cake springs back when touched lightly in center, 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. After completely cooled, spread with powdered glaze. Sprinkle with flaked coconut if desired.

GLAZE:

Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon water. Stir in additional water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency.
