POUND CAKE GLAZES 
CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

8 oz. semi sweet baking chocolate
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. heavy cream or whipping cream

Melt chocolate over low heat. Add other ingredients. Drizzle over cooled cake.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1/4 c. butter
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk

Combine ingredients over low heat. Drizzle over cooled cake. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.

COCONUT GLAZE:

1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. coconut extract

Combine ingredients over medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Drizzle over cooled cake.

LEMON GLAZE:

2 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients over low heat, until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.

ORANGE GLAZE:

1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Combine ingredients over low heat until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.
