2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 pkgs. Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough (from dairy case)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 pan. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Blend until smooth and set aside. Use 1 package (roll) of cookie dough and cut in slices to line bottom of pan. (Freezing the dough ahead of time and using an electric knife or very sharp knife makes slicing easier.)

After the pan is lined with cookie slices, cover with cream cheese mixture; spread smoothly. Top cream cheese mixture with second package of cookie dough, also cut in slices. Press lightly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. After cooling, refrigerate.
