SWEDISH OVEN PANCAKE 
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. (4 c.) milk
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. butter
Topping of your choice

Some may be strawberries, peaches, blueberries (with Cool Whip), syrup, jam.

Beat eggs together with salt. Add milk then flour and mix well.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan until pan is piping hot but be careful not to brown butter.

Pour in egg mixture and bake at 425 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Pancake should have puffed to top of pan and be nicely browned when properly done. Top with any of the following syrup or any type of fruit (strawberries, peaches, etc.) and whipped cream, or jam, etc.
