DRESSING FOR BANANA CROQUETS 
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. butter or evaporated milk

Stir all ingredients together. Bring to a slight boil until thickens. Be sure to continue stirring. Allow dressing to cool.

Dip bananas in dressing and roll in crushed peanuts. Serve as a salad.
