MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 can mandarin oranges
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 stick butter

Combine ingredients and add juice drained from mandarin oranges and beat until fluffy. Add oranges, beat well. Spread batter in greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done. When cake has cooled, frost with pineapple frosting.

PINEAPPLE FROSTING:

1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 box (4 oz.) instant whipped topping
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Drain pineapple juice and mix with instant vanilla pudding, powdered sugar and whipped topping. Beat until fluffy, add drained pineapple. Mix well and frost cake. Chill until frosting is set.
