JAYNE'S ORANGE BLOSSOMS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. cold water

Combine and mix 3 to 4 minutes. Put about 1 teaspoon of batter per cake in small muffin tins. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. water
1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed but not hot

Mix all ingredients well and brush on cakes while they are still warm or you may carefully dip the cakes into the glaze. Let cool on wax paper. This makes about 100 Orange Blossoms.
