ORANGE BLOSSOMS 
Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 2 lemons
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Prepare package yellow cake mix according to directions and bake in 1-inch muffin pans. While still warm (work as quickly as possible), dip cakes in a mixture of juice of 2 oranges, 2 lemons and box of confectioners' sugar. Makes 7-9 dozen.

Instead of fresh juice 1/3 cup of bottled lemon juice and 1/2 cup of orange juice may be used.
