ORANGE BLOSSOM MUFFINS 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box powdered sugar
Juice of 2 oranges & 2 lemons & grated rind of each

Mix cake mix according to package directions. Bake in tiny muffin tins at 300°F. While baking, mix powdered sugar, juice and rind to dipping consistency to make glaze to put on top of muffins.

As soon as muffins are done, dump pan full into large bowl of glaze to cover and put on rack (wax paper under) to drain off.

Note: This recipe makes muffins - not pastries and is not to be confused with any commercially available pastry.
