SUGARLESS ORANGE CRANBERRY
MUFFINS
 
3 lg. eggs
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. unsweetened orange juice
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped fresh cranberries

Beat eggs, butter and orange juice. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat well. Stir in chopped cranberries. Spoon into greased and floured muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
