ORANGE CAKE 
4 eggs
1 pkg. (2 layer) cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. Wesson butter flavor oil
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. grated orange rind

Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, add cake mix, pudding, water and oil. Beat 10 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 minutes. Glaze: combine and heat to boiling sugar and orange juice. Stir in orange rind. Cool. When cake is cool, remove from pan. Drizzle glaze over cake.
