DYNAMITE SPINACH SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, drained & dried
3 hard-cooked eggs, chop whites only, reserve yolks for topping
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
4 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
4 tsp. vinegar

Mix all above ingredients. Crumble egg yolks on top.
