SPINACH PEAR SALAD 
DRESSING:

1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. each: sugar, dry mustard, basil, oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper

Blend until smooth.

SALAD:

10 oz. fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces
2 med. pears, cut up
1/4 c. golden raisins
1/4 c. pecan halves, toasted 3 to 4 minutes at 400 degrees

Makes 8 servings, 193 calories each.
