1 (1 lb.) can Nestle's Quick Mix
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 qt.) box nonfat dry milk
11 oz. non-dairy coffee creamer

1. Sift powdered sugar.

2. Mix all ingredients together well.

3. Use 4 heaping teaspoons of mix to a cup of boiling water.

Makes 1 gallon hot chocolate mix.
