1 box (8 qts) instant dry milk
1 jar (16 oz.) nondairy creamer
1 box (1 lb.) instant cocoa mix
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients, blend well. Store in tightly covered container about 50 servings. To make hot chocolate, Measure 1/4 cup of mix into cup and add boiling water and stir.
